Our Company Values

At Liberty Industrial, our values aren’t just posters on a wall, they’re how we show up, how we treat each other, and how we get the job done.

We believe that the best work happens when people feel respected, supported, and proud of what they’re building. That’s why we focus on things like honesty, teamwork, learning, and looking out for one another, not because they sound good, but because they make everything we do better.

These values guide how we work together, how we make decisions, and how we grow, as a team and as individuals. They’re what hold us steady when things get tough, and what push us to go further when we know we can do more.

We care about people, communities, and the world around us. We try to leave things better than we found them.

We’re open, honest, and we do what we say we’ll do. Trust starts here.

We’re better together. We listen, support each other, and celebrate the wins — big and small.

No one knows everything — and that’s the point. We’re always learning, and that’s what keeps us moving forward.

We put care and energy into our work — because what we do matters, and how we do it matters too.

In 2025 we launched our Sustainability Strategy with our baseline results from FY23. Read more on our Sustainability page.

Our company timeline tells the powerful history of Liberty Industrial’s growth since our humble beginnings in 2009, with the aim to deliver worldclass solutions for a better future.

Our Values in action

Sustainability

Our Sustainability Strategy – Clearing the way for a sustainable future – has launched in 2025, outlining our six priorities to deliver on our goals and backed by our annual sustainability report.

Sustainability has always been driving force in how we do business. From our first to our most recent projects, we’ve prioritised smarter, safer, and more effective solutions that deliver lasting positive impacts for our clients, communities, and the environment. We responsibly dismantle infrastructure and structures, using methods aligned with the circular economy to enable recycling and re-purposing of materials, carefully managing and removing hazardous materials, before remediating and rehabilitating the lands.

Local community engagement

Building strong, respectful relationships with Traditional Owners and First Nations peoples is central to our projects. Through our Healing Country Framework, we honor First Nations Cultural Heritage, engage in cultural awareness training, and collaborate with local communities to create employment and procurement opportunities.

By fostering local partnerships and supporting economic growth, we aim to leave a lasting, positive impact on the communities we serve.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We are committed to being an employer of choice by fostering an employee-centric culture built on accountability, open communication, and professional development. Clear career pathways, mobility opportunities, and recognition programs support our team’s growth and success.

Diversity and inclusion are core to our values. We actively address gender equality, including regular pay gap analyses and transparent reporting to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). Our Graduate and Cadetship Programs provide practical experience and career development for the next generation of industry professionals.
