"Build a personal brand that reflects your skills, values, and strengths, when people know what you stand for, opportunities will come your way."
At Liberty Industrial, we believe that diversity and inclusion are key to our success. We’re proud to provide a workplace where all people can thrive. We commit to to providing opportunities for growth, leadership and meaningful contributions for our people at every level.
We celebrate the incredible people who are part of the Liberty Industrial.
International Women’s Day 2026 embraces the theme of ‘Give to Gain’– when people are supported through guidance, trust, and development, they gain confidence and momentum, and the business gains stronger teams, better outcomes, and a more inclusive culture.

Geethi’s story is a powerful example of Liberty Industrial’s commitment to supporting women to grow and thrive in our industry. Since joining the business, Geethi has embraced every opportunity to learn, contribute, and build her capability, reflecting our value of staying curious and keeping growing.

Since joining the business around three and a half years ago, Chelsea has continued to build her skills and confidence through training, upskilling, and the encouragement of those around her, growing from an Oxy Cutter into a multi-skilled labourer.
Chelsea’s experience also brings to life Liberty Industrial’s value to Work Together and Lift Each Other Up, showing what is possible when support carries across teams, projects and people.

"Build a personal brand that reflects your skills, values, and strengths, when people know what you stand for, opportunities will come your way."

Do not be afraid to fail. If you do fail, fail fast, correct and improve.

“You are only as big as your team.” Those words have guided me.

Liberty Industrial is proud to support Plan International Australia in their work to ensure girls and young women everywhere have access to the education and opportunities they deserve.
Around the world, there are more than 130 million girls who are currently denied their right to an education. Plan International works directly with communities, tackling the barriers that hold girls back and supporting girls to stay in school, build skills and lead in their communities. When a girl is educated, the benefits ripple far beyond her.
This resonates with our value to Work Together, Lift Each Other Up, because when talent isn’t limited by gender, geography, or circumstance, everyone can thrive.
