MATES in Construction

MATES in Construction is a leading organisation dedicated to improving mental health and preventing suicide in the construction, mining, and energy industries. We partner with MATES because many of our projects are in remote locations, as well as the nature of our work can place additional pressure on mental health and wellbeing, and we believe it’s critical to provide the right tools and support to our people. This partnership enables us to take proactive steps in supporting our people through initiatives such as peer support training, Fly the Flag, the Big Lap fundraiser, and annual industry events, delivering real impact for our teams, industry peers, and the wider community.

ALGA – Australasian Land and Groundwater Association

The Australasian Land and Groundwater Association is an international forum with a focus on advancing the protection, restoration, and responsible management of land and groundwater, safeguarding human health and the environment across Australasia. Liberty Industrial is a corporate partner, reflecting our shared commitment to environmental stewardship and best practice in remediation. OEUK

With over 50 years of history, OEUK is the leading trade association for the offshore energy sector, bringing together operators, contractors, and stakeholders to drive progress across oil and gas, offshore wind, hydrogen, and carbon capture sectors. National Safety Council of Australia

The National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA) is a leading organisation promoting workplace health and safety. We joined to support the professional development of our HSEQ teams and stay ahead of emerging WHS trends. Through our involvement, we actively participate in industry events such as the National Safety Conference and Awards, aiming to promote a proactive safety culture that can be applied across multiple industries.

Australian Red Cross Lifeblood

The Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is a nationally recognised organisation supporting blood donation. We are a risk-averse organisation, and we understand the critical need for blood in high-risk industries like ours, particularly when working in remote environments. Our team proudly participates in blood drives, recognising that a single donation can save lives, whether it’s a teammate, a loved one, or someone in the broader community.

Women in Safety

Women in Safety, a national community-driven network that champions the advancement, recognition, and inclusion of women in the health and safety profession. Liberty Industrial has been an active member since 2024, and in 2025, our own HSEQ Advisor, Jo-Anne McDonald Singh, was appointed to be a NSW Ambassador, reflecting her leadership in safety and inclusion. Barker College

Liberty Industrial proudly sponsors the Barker Indigenous Education Fundraiser, supporting Dhupuma Barker in Northeast Arnhem Land, a partnership that matters to Liberty Industrial as we work within the vicinity of this community.
