Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Reporting
Liberty Industrial has made a concerted effort to improve gender equality practices through regular pay audits and the implementation of new policies and initiatives aimed at developing, attracting and retaining woman in a traditionally male dominated industry.
We are committed to transparency and accountability in our efforts and will continue to set goals and work diligently towards achieving a zero gender pay gap. Ultimately, our aim is to create an inclusive and equitable workplace where all employees can thrive.
As mandated by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, the WGEA oversees the reporting of gender equality in Australian workplaces.
