Liberty Industrial’s new Kobelco SK1300 High Reach Demolition Machine recently arrived in Darwin and is already tackling the dismantling of some of the largest tanks and structures on site for Rio Tinto in Gove, NT.

The Kobelco SK1300 High Reach Demolition Machine is the largest OEM-made high reach demolition excavator in the world. Reaching up to 40 metres, these machines reduce the need for pre-weakening and induced collapse demolition, improving safety and minimising risk around the site.

Kobelco’s machines are equipped with the latest technology for maximum operator comfort and safety. They can support larger shear attachments for maximum demolition power, whilst being one of the most stable and versatile machines in the Liberty Industrial fleet.
